Verification before posting
Company registration, tax records and a named responsible person, checked independently. A house that cannot produce them cannot open a listing.
Money held before the shoot
A listing cannot go live until its fee is funded. Approval releases it within 48 hours, and inaction for seven days releases it to you automatically.
Contact details stay masked
Hirers see your profile, not your phone number or address, until you have accepted a booking. Messaging stays on-platform and logged.
Guardian mode for under-18s
Minors' profiles sit under a verified guardian. Shoot-hour caps, tutoring windows and supervision are written into every booking automatically.
Both sides carry a score
Production houses are rated on paying on time and briefing properly, in public, on the same scale we apply to talent.
Everything in writing
Accepting a role generates a plain-language contract. No booking on Suyaara runs on a verbal promise or a forwarded message.

This list came from four hundred reports sent to our trust desk in a single quarter. If you see any one of them, anywhere — on Suyaara or not — stop and report it.
Report something
On or off Suyaara. A person reads every safety report, and we answer within four hours.
Any request for money — registration, portfolio, screen test, processing, security deposit.
A meeting proposed at a private flat or a hotel room instead of a stated commercial address.
Pressure to decide within minutes, or a claim that the role is being held only for you.
A listing that will not state a fee, or answers the pay question with 'depends on your performance'.
Being asked to move the conversation to a personal messaging app before anything is agreed.
A request for identity documents or bank details before a contract exists.
Our commitment
If you lose money to a verified listing on Suyaara, we cover it.
Not as a gesture. As a term. If a production house we verified takes money from you or fails to pay an escrow-funded booking, Suyaara makes you whole and pursues them ourselves. That liability is what keeps our verification honest.
