How it works
From a blank profile to money in your account.
Suyaara is deliberately boring in the places the industry is usually chaotic: how you are found, how you audition, what you signed, and when you get paid.
How it works
Four steps, whichever side
of the camera you are on.
No agents in the middle, no introduction fees, and nothing that only works if you already live in Mumbai.
Free forever. Pro is ₹449 a month when you want unlimited applications.
- 01
Build a profile that does the arguing
Photos, showreel, languages, dialects, skills and physical details. Fifteen minutes, and the app coaches you through what casting actually looks at.
- 02
Get told about the right roles
Set what you want and where. Alerts arrive the moment a matching role opens, in your language, before the listing is buried.
- 03
Audition without leaving home
Record in the self-tape studio, or join a live Open Call queue. Submit in one tap and watch the status change.
- 04
Sign, shoot, and get paid
Accept the agreement in the app. The fee is already in escrow. Finish the work and the money moves, usually within 48 hours.
A realistic timeline
What the first two weeks
actually look like.
Not a promise — an honest picture of how a typical first booking moves, based on what happens on the platform.
You build the profile
Photos, a short tape, languages, dialects, playing age, skills. The app tells you which fields casting filters on most, so you fill the ones that matter first.
Matching starts working
Your saved searches run continuously. When a role matches your language, location and playing age, you get an alert before the listing reaches the public board.
You audition from where you are
Record in the self-tape studio, or join a live Open Call queue. You can see when your tape is opened, and whether it moved to a shortlist.
Contract and escrow
Accept the role and a plain-language agreement is generated and signed in-app. The production funds the full fee before your first day.
You work
Call sheets arrive in the app. Hours, overtime, travel and rehearsal days are logged against the terms already agreed, so nothing is negotiated on set.
You are paid
Approval releases the money to your bank or UPI. The credit is added to your profile once the production confirms it, and it stays there as proof.
Some people are booked in four days. Some take three months. The variable is almost never talent — it is how completely the profile is filled in and how quickly tapes go back.
Questions people actually ask
Straight answers,
no small print.
If something here is still unclear, our support team replies in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, usually within a few hours.
No. Applying is free on every plan, including the free one. Any production that asks you for money to audition, register or be shortlisted is breaking our rules — report it and we remove the account.
Your next role is already posted.
It takes about fifteen minutes to build a profile that casting directors can actually search. Applying is free, and it always will be.
- Every production verified
- Fees held in escrow
- Nothing to pay to apply
