Delete your account
You can leave whenever you like, and you do not have to explain why. Here is exactly what happens when you ask.
Asking is one form
Fill it in below. You do not need the app, you do not need your password, and you do not need an account you can still get into — the people most likely to want out are often the ones who have already deleted the app, and a page that asked them to sign in first would be a page that fails them.
All we need is the email address the account was made with.
Ask us to delete it
We write to the address you give us to confirm the request is really yours — nobody can delete your account by typing your email into a form — and then we delete it within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
What we delete
- Your profile: name, photographs, tapes, showreel, languages, skills and physical details
- Your portfolio and every media file you uploaded
- Your applications, and the messages you sent and received
- Your connections, saved searches and availability calendar
- Your mobile number and email address
- Your identity document, and the last four characters of its number — the number itself was never stored
Deleted means removed from the platform, and from our backups within 90 days — not hidden from search. Your profile stops being visible to anybody the moment the request is confirmed.
What we have to keep
Three things survive deletion, and we would rather say so here than have you discover it later.
Booking and payment records
Indian tax and company law requires us to keep records of money that moved, for eight years. These hold the amount and the date, not your profile.
Evidence attached to an open safety report
If somebody has reported harassment or a demand for money, deleting the account would delete the evidence. We keep only what the report needs, and only until it is closed.
A record that this address asked to be deleted
So that we can prove we did it, and so the same address is not re-added by an old import.
How long it takes
We acknowledge within 24 hours, confirm the address is yours, and complete the deletion within 30 days. In practice it is usually the same week. You get an email when it is done.
A paid plan stops at the end of the period already paid for. We do not delete an account with money sitting in escrow — that is released or refunded first, and we will tell you which.
