Information we collect
Account identity, required email and phone number, professional profile details, portfolio media, KYC submissions, availability, applications, messages, connections, contracts, community activity, support requests, feedback and basic security or device information.
Why we use it
To create the correct role-based workspace, match relevant entertainment work, operate auditions and queues, enable trusted contact, schedule interviews, manage contracts, prevent fraud, support members and improve Suyaara.
Contact privacy
Email and phone are private by default and appear masked. You decide whether to make either public. A business receives an Insta-Job applicant’s phone only after that person applies.
KYC and safety
KYC information is used only for identity, business and trust checks. Access is limited to authorised verification staff. Accounts without KYC after the 30-day grace period become view-only until verification is completed.
Media and documents
Portfolio files, community media, contracts and attachments are stored in protected platform storage. Contract attachments can be previewed and downloaded only through authorised account workflows.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with people you deliberately interact with, service providers needed to operate Suyaara, or authorities where legally required.
Retention and account deletion
We keep records while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, contractual and dispute purposes. Account deletion removes the public profile and disables member access; some audit or contract records may be retained where required.
Your choices
You can edit profile details, control contact visibility, review saved favorites, manage connections, download your contracts, request support and delete your account from profile settings.
Security
We use role-based access, server-side authorization, private file storage, signed admin sessions and audit records. No online service can promise zero risk, so report suspicious activity immediately.
Children
Suyaara is a professional industry service. People under the legal age required in their location should use it only with a parent, guardian and any required work permissions.
